Under the direction of the All-4-Youth Director of Clinical Services, evaluate and diagnose youth for medical and psychiatric needs and implement treatment plans for mental, emotional, and behavioral health disorders in collaboration with assigned treatment team; treat youth with psychotherapeutic methods, prescribe psychotropic medications, and monitor, and evaluate treatment results and progress; maintain records by documenting symptoms, medications, treatment, and progress.

- Copy of Transcript (A Medical Degree from an accredited medical school. Successful completion of a psychiatric residency or a family medicine/psychiatry residency in an Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) approved residency program and fellowship in child/adolescent psychiatry.)
- Letter of Introduction (Required)
- Letter(s) of Reference (Required: Two (2) Letters of Reference. It is recommended that letters of references be authored by professional affiliations and specific to the open position.)
- Resume (Required)
