Client Intake Specialist (Inbound Sales)

Every person you speak with has already contacted us asking for help with their IRS tax debt. Your job is to understand their situation, qualify them, and connect them with the right Resolution Specialist.

No cold calling. Paid training provided. Real opportunity to earn six figures.

Pay

• $17/hour base pay
• Uncapped commission
• Top performers earn $8,000–$15,000 per month
• Annual earning potential: $75,000–$200,000
  
  

What You'll Do

• Answer inbound calls from people seeking tax relief
• Ask questions to understand each client's situation
• Qualify clients and schedule the next step
• Build trust and provide a great customer experience
• Update client information in our CRM
• Hit personal and team performance goals
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Great communication skills
• Comfortable talking on the phone
• Coachable and eager to learn
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Sales experience is a plus, but not required
