About the Role
This role serves as the first point of contact for prospective clients. You will guide individuals through the intake process with empathy and professionalism while ensuring accurate case documentation and smooth handoff to the legal team.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct initial consultations via phone, email, or in person
- Gather and document key case details (accident info, medical history, etc.)
- Assess case eligibility and route qualified leads to attorneys
- Maintain accurate records in case management systems
- Schedule follow-ups and coordinate attorney consultations
- Collaborate with legal staff to streamline intake processes
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of legal intake or personal injury experience
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
- Strong communication skills with a client-first mindset
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment
