Role Description The Transportation Clerk at FreshPoint, Inc. supports daily transportation operations by handling administrative and coordination tasks related to routing, driver schedules, and delivery documentation. In this full-time, on-site role located in Orlando, FL, the Transportation Clerk assists in preparing and distributing delivery manifests, updating transportation systems, and maintaining accurate records for compliance and reporting. The position communicates with drivers, dispatch, and warehouse teams to help resolve delivery issues, track loads, and ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. The Transportation Clerk also helps process transportation-related paperwork such as bills of lading, trip logs, and incident reports, and may support basic data entry, filing, and customer service inquiries related to deliveries.
