What You Will Do
The Executive Business Administrator provides high level administrative and coordinating support to the CEO, CHRO, General Counsel and CFO. This role supports the smooth execution of executive priorities by managing administrative workflows, coordinating cross functional initiatives, and supporting day to day business operations. This role also owns the coordination maintenance, and reporting of business scorecards and dashboards to support visibility into performance. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. The ideal candidate must have advanced analytical skills.

Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000

Key Responsibilities:
Executive & Board Partnership
- Serve as a trusted business partner to C suite executives, proactively managing executive priorities, workflows, and business planning events
- Orchestrate complex executive calendars, travel, and meeting logitistics to optimize leader time, focus and impact
- Prepare high quality executive materials, presentations, and communications to support strategic discussions and decision making
- Support Board and senior leadership governance activities with professionalism, precision, and strict confidentiality.
- Coordinate enterprise initiatives and cross functional projects on behalf of executive leadership
- Maintain confidential documentation related to executive strategy, governance, and leadership initiatives
- Own executive dashboards, scorecards, and recurring reporting mechanisms that track business performance and strategic priorites
- Manage executive reporting cadences (e.g. weekly updates, monthly reviews, quarterly business reviews), ensuring accuracy, consistently, and narrative clarity
- Partner with teams to standardize reporting formats, improve data quality, and elevate the usefulness of leadership materials
- Serve as the central coordinator for executive meetings, leadership forums, offsites, and external facing business events
- Plan and execute high impact internal and external events, including agenda development, logistics, materials, stakeholder coordination, and follow up
- Manage executive expenses, invoices, and administrative documentation related to executive activities and initiatives
- Support budget tracking and financial administration for executive led programs
- Coordinate vendor relationships and administrative services as needed
- Manage the day to day Executive office – including replenishment of office materials, food and ongoing service and maintenance
- Strategic executive partnership and judgement

- Accountability, follow through, and discretion
- 5–10 years of experience in executive administration, business operations, or a strategic support role within a fast paced, complex environment
- Demonstrated experience partnering with C-suite executives and supporting Board-level interactions, including Board meeting coordination, and governance documentation
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect details to broader organizational priorities
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with sound judgment, discretion, and professionalism
- Advanced proficiency in executive reporting and data analysis, including building and maintaining dashboards and scorecards that support leadership decision making
- High proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides; experience with reporting or dashboard tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information for executive audiences
- Experience supporting recurring leadership reviews, operational reporting cycles, and KPI tracking
