What You Will Do
The Workplace Experience Associate is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the workplace while delivering an exceptional employee and visitor experience. This role oversees office operations, coordinates vendors and workplace services, supports company internal events, and provides guidance to Workplace Attendant to ensure consistent execution of workplace standards. The Lead serves as the primary operational resource for employees and partners closely with the Workplace Experience Manager on strategic initiatives and continuous improvement.
How You Will Make an Impact
Workplace Operations
* Lead the daily operation of the corporate office.
* Ensure the workplace is safe, clean, organized, and fully operational.
* Conduct routine workplace inspections and proactively address operational needs.
* Coordinate maintenance requests and building services.
* Manages product inventory, orders, and deliveries.
Employee & Visitor Experience
* Deliver a welcoming and professional experience for employees, guests, and candidates.
* Support onboarding logistics and employee workplace needs.
* Resolve workplace issues promptly while maintaining high service standards.
Vendor & Facilities Coordination
* Coordinate with vendors, building management, and service providers.
* Monitor vendor performance and service quality.
* Assist with workplace improvement projects and preventative maintenance.
Meetings & Events
* Coordinate meeting room setup and workplace logistics.
* Manage catering, workplace events, employee engagement activities, and office celebrations.
* Ensure workplace events are executed efficiently and within budget.
Team Leadership
* Provide day-to-day guidance and support to Workplace Attendant.
* Delegate operational tasks and ensure work is completed accurately and on time.
* Train new team members on workplace procedures and best practices.
* Promote accountability, teamwork, and exceptional customer service.
Administrative Responsibilities
* Maintain workplace documentation, calendars, and operational procedures.
* Track workplace expenses and assist with budget management.
* Prepare operational reports and recommend process improvements.
* Overseas Shipping and FedEx
* Assists with cross-functional administrative support.
What You Will Bring
*3–5 years of experience in workplace operations, facilities, hospitality, office management, or employee experience.
* Strong organizational and project management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Experience coordinating vendors, events, and office services.
* Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency with Microsoft 360 and workplace management programs.
