Job Overview

We are seeking a professional, reliable, and customer‑focused UPS Store Associate with previous UPS Store experience to join our team. The ideal candidate is confident working with customers, knowledgeable about packing and shipping services, and comfortable handling daily store operations in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Your role is essential in delivering exceptional service, maintaining store standards, and ensuring accurate and efficient processing of shipments.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service — Greet customers, answer questions, and provide knowledgeable assistance with shipping, printing, and mailbox services.
• Packing & Shipping — Professionally pack items, process shipments through UPS/FedEx/USPS/DHL systems, and ensure accuracy in all transactions.
• Mailbox Management — Sort mail, manage mailbox accounts, and assist mailbox customers.
• Retail Operations — Maintain a clean, organized store environment; restock supplies; assist with inventory.
• Printing & Office Services — Support customers with printing, scanning, faxing, shredding, and related services.
• Problem Resolution — Troubleshoot shipping issues, track packages, and resolve customer concerns professionally.

Required Experience & Skills

• Minimum 1 year of UPS Store experience (Required)
• Strong knowledge of UPS, USPS, FedEx, and DHL shipping systems
• Ability to pack fragile and high‑value items with care
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced retail environment
• Basic computer proficiency and comfort with POS systems
• Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with mailbox services
• Familiarity with print/scan/copy equipment
• Notary certification (optional but a plus)
