Overview
Freshly Maid is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our clients and staff. The ideal candidate will be reliable, thorough, and committed to delivering high-quality cleaning services.
Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning duties including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces in various facilities.
- Clean restrooms, kitchens, and common areas to meet health and safety standards.
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper as needed.
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols at all times.
- Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, buffers, and carpet cleaners safely and effectively.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude while interacting with clients and team members.
Skills
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on thoroughness and quality of work.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled shifts.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties which may include lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Prior experience in commercial cleaning is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential qualities for success in this role.

- At least 1 year of professional cleaning experience
- Weekday availability (morning)
