Delivery Driver & Warehouse Associate
FreshFix – Western New York
Full-Time | 40 Hours per Week
Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM

Every week, our team packs and delivers thousands of pounds of fresh produce, locally sourced foods, meal kits, and specialty products across Western New York. Position Overview
FreshFix is seeking a reliable, organized, and customer-focused Delivery Driver & Warehouse Associate to join our growing team. This position combines warehouse operations and delivery responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, working independently, and being part of a close-knit team.
The successful candidate will spend part of their day preparing orders in our warehouse and part of their day delivering products to customers using company vehicles throughout Western New York.
Key ResponsibilitiesDelivery Operations
- Safely operate company-owned delivery vehicles throughout Western New York
- Load and unload products for daily delivery routes
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of customer orders
- Provide outstanding customer service during deliveries
- Verify deliveries and maintain accurate delivery records
- Follow all traffic laws and company safety procedures
- Perform basic vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
Warehouse Operations
- Pack customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Assemble meal kits, produce boxes, and wholesale orders
- Organize inventory and warehouse storage areas
- Assist with receiving and stocking incoming products
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards throughout the warehouse
- Support inventory counts and quality control checks
- Assist with general warehouse projects as needed
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to safely operate cargo vans, box trucks, and delivery vehicles
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Dependable and punctual with excellent attendance
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Warehouse, delivery, food handling, or logistics experience preferred but not required
Physical Requirements
- Regular lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of products
- Frequent standing, bending, walking, and reaching
- Ability to work in warehouse, cooler, and outdoor environments
- Ability to safely load and unload delivery vehicles throughout the day
