The MTO Pick C4 Personal Shopper is responsible for packing grocery items and other goods, scan items for order completion, and ensures the customer’s goods are well protected. This role does not require previous experience.
Responsibilities:
Packs the grocery items and other goods making sure that fragile items are protected Processing (picking scanning packing) Safe Food Practices specific to department Assist in housekeeping of the department Maintain excellent safety, quality, cleanliness, and productivity standards within the distribution warehouse Audit product for quality Maintain a team player mentality by assisting others when the need arises. Must be able to lift 50 pounds. In a workday: standing/walking 6-10 hours or more Hand use: single grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling Work requires the following motions: bending, twisting, squatting and reaching Exposure to FDA approved cleaning chemicals, loud noises, flashing lights Constant exposure to temperatures: <-10 degrees Fahrenheit (freezing), 32-40 degrees Fahrenheit (refrigerators) Ability to work in a wet and cold environment Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed Ability to use tools and equipment, including box cutters, electric pallet jacks, and other heavy machinery Ability to work in other areas of the business as needed Must embody and demonstrate company values and culture
