Door-to-Door Sales Rep — Window Cleaning Service Contracts
Fresh Window Cleaning is hiring door-to-door sales reps to sell residential window cleaning service contracts.
This is not an easy job. Most people are not built for it.
You will be going door-to-door, talking with homeowners, explaining our window cleaning maintenance plans, and helping them sign up for recurring service. Our average contract is around $1,000, and you earn 25% commission on the contracts you sell.
That means an average sale pays around $250.
This is a performance-based sales role. If you are good with people, coachable, confident, and able to handle rejection, this can become a very high-income opportunity. If you need something easy, comfortable, or guaranteed, this is probably not the right fit.
What You’ll Do
You will knock doors in high-quality neighborhoods, speak with homeowners, explain our window cleaning service plans, answer basic questions, and help interested customers get signed up.
You will be trained on our pitch, pricing, service plans, objection handling, and how to sell in a way that is honest, professional, and effective.
Income Potential
Our average contract is around $1,000, and reps earn 25% commission.
A realistic ramp-up looks like this:
During your first week, you may only make 1–2 sales total ($250-$500 commission) while you are learning.
After your first month, a solid rep should average around 1 sale per day ($250 Commission).
By month two, strong reps can average around 2 sales per day ($500 commission).
By month three, top reps can reach 3–4 sales per day ($750-$1,000 commission).
This is not guaranteed income. Your results depend on your effort, attitude, coachability, and consistency.
Schedule
Monday–Friday
4:00 PM–8:00 PM
Additional hours may be available for reps who want to earn more.
