- Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with customers and convey product information
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to achieve targets and manage the sales process effectively
- Experience in Training and the ability to learn company protocols and procedures quickly
- Familiarity with the Beauty Industry is a plus, but not required
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to work in an on-site, customer-facing role
