• Residential and commercial cleaning services
• Following detailed cleaning checklists and standards
• Communicating clearly with management and clients
• Ensuring each job is completed thoroughly and on time
• Representing the company professionally in client spaces

To maintain a high standard for our clients, all team members must:

• Maintain professional communication at all times (no personal matters discussed in client homes/businesses)
• Arrive clean, well-groomed, and presentable (hair neat, clothing clean)
• Be smoke-free during work hours and arrive without strong odors
• Check in and out of each job via text as required
• Complete jobs efficiently and within expected timeframes
• Collaborate effectively as a team—ensuring a fair division of tasks and supporting one another to complete jobs efficiently and equitably
• Maintain a positive attitude—no complaining about assigned duties
• Greet clients politely and create a welcoming, professional experience
