Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes and commercial properties, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and surface sanitation
- Handle specialized cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning, floor care, and upholstery maintenance to ensure pristine results
- Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas in accordance with health guidelines
- Manage laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client requests professionally and ensuring their satisfaction with the cleaning process
- Follow safety protocols during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents and ensure a secure working environment
- Keep detailed records of completed tasks, supplies used, and any maintenance issues encountered during shifts
Skills
