What are the responsibilities and job description for the Debt Specialist/Closer position at Fresh Start Financial?
We are looking for 2 new Debt Closers. No Prior Debt Experience required. Potential candidates should be someone thats Coachable and Trainable. We are looking for 2 candidates that are not looking just for a paycheck but a rewarding long term position.
We our offering a Attorney Based Debt Forgiveness program to qualified customers that have a verifiable hardship.
Our Newest closers are averaging 2 sales a day without previous sales experience.

Average Sales Commission per sale is $400-$500. We offer the highest commission structure in the industry. This is a Commission Only Opportunity. If you are looking for a Sales Career that offers long term stable and exceptional earnings potential, then we would like to speak with you.

Key Responsibilities:
- Take 80-100 calls a day
- Follow our proven sales script to maximize conversions
- Guide clients through debt resolution programs
- Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude
- Work closely with a motivated, high-energy team
What We’re Looking For:
- Experienced Phone Sales
- MONEY-MOTIVATED closers
- Experience in Debt, Tax or Student Loan Industries a PLUS
- Coachable, self-driven, and team-oriented
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, commission-heavy role
