Seeking an experienced and reliable Independent Contractor Cleaner.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who already provides cleaning services and is looking to add more hours to their current work schedule.
Position Type: 1099 Independent Contractor
Schedule: As needed
Location: St.Louis County mostly Wildwood area
Requirements:
- Must have residential, move-out/move-in cleaning experience
- Carry active general liability insurance
- Provide your own cleaning supplies.
- Reliable transportation
- Strong attention to detail and professionalism
- Ability to work independently

Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, move-outs, and possibly commercial.
- Physical capability: cleaning one to three houses a day. Move-out cleans.
- The ability to lift 20 lbs, stand, bend, kneel, push, pull, and perform typical cleaning duties

- Communication skills, have customer service by meeting our clients needs and preferences during each cleaning session

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
