Duties
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing all designated areas
- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms by disinfecting surfaces, replenishing supplies, and ensuring hygiene standards are met
- Clean windows, glass surfaces, and fixtures to ensure clarity and shine
- Use cleaning equipment and supplies safely and effectively, reporting any maintenance needs or safety hazards
- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep-cleaning tasks as required
Experience
- Previous experience in commercial or residential cleaning is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of quality
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure thorough cleaning of all areas
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout shifts
- Knowledge of safe handling and use of cleaning chemicals and equipment is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided
