Position Summary

Responsibilities
- Lead external recruiting, interviewing, and hiring for hourly operations.
- Manage internal transfers and interviews, ensuring consistent processes.
- Guide candidates and associates through onboarding and HR matters.
- Administer HR & Safety plans, policies, and new hire orientation.
- Maintain HR & Safety metrics, employee records (UKG), and employment testing.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and confidentiality.
- Oversee attendance tracking, safety program support, and general HR administration.
- Develop employee engagement initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of HR coordination or similar experience.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
- Detail-oriented, discrete, and service-focused.
