Schedule Options: Work 4 Days, Enjoy 3 Days Off (10-hour shifts)
- 1st Shift: 6:30AM to 5:00PM, Monday to Thursday
- 2nd Shift: 5:00PM to 3:30AM, Monday to Thursday
- Enjoy a 4-day work week, with 3 days off.
- Occasional mandatory OT on Fridays that is communicated ahead of time.

- Setup and Supply
- Interpret schedule and set up all required materials at each printing workstation.
- Transfer pallets of completed jobs to production lines.
- Order ALL supplies needed to keep the printing department running efficiently (inks, ribbon, labels, etc.).
- Order ALL ribbons for hot stamping to keep that process running efficiently.
- Communicate with the Graphic Designer any issues that arise with Customer artwork.
- Order screens for silk screening when needed.
- Help remove empty pallets from the racks and replenish stock to that area.
- Associate Activity
- Communicate issues that may arise to supervisor.
- Inspect and initial each associate’s hourly sheets at least every 2 hours. Elevate to supervisor if associate productivity is low.
- Ensure associates are running the correct jobs, not just jobs that are easy.
- Ensure associates fill out scrap sheets and initial each day.
- Housekeeping: Ensure cleanup throughout the day and again at shift end.
- Maintain a clean and safe workplace in accordance with 5S protocol.
- Associates are not to leave until their area has been cleared by you.
- Shop Trak and Doc Trak
- Understand Job Screen and Materials Tab nomenclature, Job Status, Job Complete function, Job End, Punching out for the day.
- Support and Enforce All Shop Rules
- No eating on the floor.
- No drinking on the floor EXCEPT within a container with a CAP/LID.
- No talking across lines -- No cell phones on shop floor.
- Train new associates and assist trainers.
- Other duties as required or assigned.

- Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- Successful completion of a drug screening and background check.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Basic computer skills
- Become certified to operate a forklift.
- Punctuality in reporting for work to ensure smooth production startup.
- Physical stamina and coordination, including the ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, reach, and lift up to 40 lbs on a regular basis.
