Front Half Nights Molding Operator

Position Overview: As a Molding Operator, you will play a key role in our manufacturing process by operating plastic injection molding machines and in-line equipment. Your responsibilities will include tasks such as cutting, sorting, separating, stacking, inspecting, box-making, moving boxes, and maintaining accurate counts.

Pay: $19.35 per hour

Schedule: Work 3 Days, Enjoy 4 Days Off (12-hour shifts)

Front Half Nights: Sun 6PM – Mon 6AM, Mon 6PM – Tues 6AM, Tues 6PM – Wed 6AM

Requirements:

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
• Eligibility to work in the United States
• Successful completion of a drug screening and background check
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Punctuality in reporting for work to ensure smooth production startup
• Physical stamina and coordination, including the ability to bend, twist, reach, and lift up to 40 lbs, and stand or sit for up to 12 hours daily
