Title:
Full-time Project Manager in the art & design industry
Location:
On-site office based in Los Angeles, CA. Monday thru Friday
Remote or hybrid work is not available for this role.
Salary:
72-75 k Year Depending on Experience plus Benefits.

Position Overview:
This role is well suited for candidates with prior project management experience and a strong interest in art & design aesthetics. While previous design, gallery or art placement experience is a plus, we value candidates with client-facing experience, and the ability to learn our managerial process with training and mentorship
· Passion for Design with existing Art knowledge
· Project Leadership and Client Relations capabilities
· Manage key relationships with clients, designers and procurement companies
· Contribute to RFPs and Contract Development
· Project Budgeting and Tracking in Excel
· Issue RFQ’s, negotiate art purchases and sales terms with artists and clients
· Manage vendor invoices in alignment with project budget
· Contract Administration, keep detailed records of sales contracts
· Art handling, sourcing and Frame Design
· Prepare Presentation Materials and Visual Aids
· Work in partnership with our design and fabrication teams
· Assist with New Business Development
· Duties as otherwise assigned
Job Requirements:
· Prior experience as Project Manager
· Meticulous Attention to Detail
· Strong Communicator (written and verbal)
· Excellent Organizational and Collaboration Skills
· Ability to Multitask and Prioritize with Frequent Interruptions
· Desire to Problem Solve and an Eagerness to Jump in and Help When Needed
· Advanced Excel Skills
· Visual and spatial awareness to include elevations & scaling art
· Photoshop, Word, Microsoft Teams and Outlook
