THE ROLE
The Assistant Manager is our first level of restaurant leadership and reports directly to the Managing Partner. This role focuses on front-of-house operations, supporting team development, guest experience, and daily execution while learning the fundamentals of restaurant leadership.

THE BASICS
· Support FOH operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
· Assist with scheduling, inventory, and ordering while learning operational systems.
· Coach and support hourly team members, fostering a positive, people-first culture.
· Uphold food safety, sanitation, and service standards with consistency.
· Contribute ideas to improve team engagement, efficiency, and retention.
· Partner with the Assistant General Manager and Managing Partner to support training and development of the team.
PRE-REQs
· 1 year in a leadership role in a high-volume restaurant
· Unwavering commitment and passion for food, ideally with a culinary background
· Experience coaching team members (and being coachable yourself)
· Proficient experience using POS, scheduling and reporting tools
· Able to operate in a fast-paced environment and be adaptable
· Strong ability to prioritize tasks and problem solve
· Willingness to learn and develop, and embrace the hustle
· ServSafe certification required
· Must be able to clear a background check; employment offers are contingent on results that are satisfactory to the Company
