What You'll Do
- Complete daily residential and commercial window cleaning routes
- Use squeegees, water-fed poles, and ladder systems safely and efficiently
- Deliver exceptional customer service on every job
- Maintain clean, organized vehicles and equipment
- Track job progress through our mobile platform
What We're Looking For
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record — this is required, no exceptions
- Must be 21 to operate company vehicle
- Comfortable working outdoors, at heights, and in Florida heat
- Able to lift 50 lbs and work safely on ladders
- Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in their work
- Window cleaning or exterior cleaning experience a plus — but we'll train the right person
