House Cleaning Technician

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in both residential and commercial spaces. This role requires a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service while ensuring that all cleaning tasks are completed to the highest standards.

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring they are fresh and clean for clients.
• Manage housekeeping tasks efficiently, including organizing cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Conduct carpet cleaning and other specialized cleaning tasks as required.
• Ensure all areas are sanitized to meet health and safety standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during each visit.
• Assist with cooking or meal preparation when requested by clients.

Experience

• Previous experience in housekeeping management or custodial services is preferred.
• Familiarity with residential cleaning techniques as well as commercial cleaning practices is a plus.
• Knowledge of carpet cleaning methods and equipment operation is beneficial.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly demeanor and professional attitude.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 25.0 per week
