Job Summary
Join our team as a Summer Painter and get paid to learn real skills while working on residential and commercial projects. This is a full-time position where you’ll gain hands-on experience in painting, construction, and job site work. No painting experience required—we’ll train you. It’s a great opportunity to build skills, stay active, make solid money, and be part of a team that gets things done.
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, patching, and priming
- Apply paint using brushes, rollers, and sprayers
- Assist with interior and exterior painting projects
- Follow project plans and color layouts
- Help with caulking, drywall, trim, and general job site tasks
- Use tools and equipment safely
- Support renovation and repair work when needed
What We’re Looking For
- Motivated, reliable, and ready to work
- 18
- No painting experience required
- Basic math skills for measurements
- Any hands-on or construction experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented with a good attitude
