Host/Server

Job Summary: Join our team as a Host/Server where you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional hospitality and customer service. We are looking for a candidate with a passion for guest relations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Responsibilities: - Welcome and seat guests with a warm and professional demeanor - Present menus, take orders, and assist guests with menu selections - Provide recommendations on food and beverage options, including daily specials - Serve meals and beverages promptly and accurately to ensure guest satisfaction - Address any customer inquiries, special requests, or concerns promptly and courteously - Process payments using Aloha POS system or similar technology - Collaborate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure efficient service - Upsell additional items to enhance the overall guest experience Qualifications: - Prior experience in hospitality or customer service roles is preferred - Familiarity with restaurant or hotel operations is a plus - Proficiency in phone etiquette and handling guest services inquiries - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a team - Exceptional multitasking abilities and attention to detail Joining our team as a Host/Server provides an exciting opportunity to engage with guests, contribute to a positive dining atmosphere, and further develop your skills in the hospitality industry.
