Duties

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations, adhering strictly to food safety and sanitation protocols
- Assist in food handling processes, including portioning, plating, and packaging for dine-in or takeout orders
- Support serving staff by bussing tables, refilling supplies, and ensuring smooth operation during busy service hours
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and payments with accuracy and efficiency
- Contribute to banquet setups by preparing ingredients and assisting with large-scale food service events
- Follow all food safety guidelines diligently to ensure a safe environment for both staff and guests
Skills
- Proven experience in food service, restaurant operations, or hospitality environments with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Strong knowledge of food handling procedures, safety standards, and sanitation practices
- Hands-on experience with food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen equipment usage
- Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient order management
