Key Tasks
- Develop, revise, and maintain technical documentation including user guides, system manuals, and training materials.
- Translate complex engineering concepts into accessible content for diverse audiences.
- Develop procedural content for executing complex system functions.
- Conduct document reviews and acceptance tests for internally and externally produced materials.
- Coordinate with project leads and system engineers to ensure documentation accuracy and completeness.
- Apply configuration management and quality assurance standards to all deliverables.
- Support documentation planning for new programs and updates to existing systems.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Technical Communication, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical writing, preferably in aerospace, defense, or telecommunications.
- Familiarity with documentation tools (e.g., Adobe FrameMaker , MS Word, MS Visio, XML-based systems).
- Experience working with engineering teams to extract and structure technical content.
- Knowledge of basic networking fundamentals.
- Knowledge of configuration management and document control concepts and processes.
