JOB SUMMARY:
Provide customers with excellent customer service in their purchase at our store.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance and information on product features
- “Go the extra mile” to drive sales
- Maintain a presentable sales floor
- Greet customers coming into the store
- Cross sell products
- Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
- Build productive trust relationships with customers
- Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information at all times
- Process sales on POS - be able to process cash, change and credit card purchases
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proficiency in English
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service focus
