Job Overview

Duties
- Greet guests warmly and present menus with detailed descriptions of dishes and specials
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable
- Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance guest experience and sales
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
- Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering systems and process payments efficiently
- Assist with food handling, sanitation, and kitchen support as needed to ensure smooth operations
- Clear tables, bus tables, and maintain cleanliness of dining areas throughout service
- Provide knowledgeable guest relations by answering questions about menu items and accommodating special requests
- Support team members in maintaining a clean, organized work environment adhering to food safety standards
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant roles; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and hospitality excellence
- Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts and multitask efficiently
- Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order calculations
- Experience with upselling techniques to increase sales opportunities
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights; weekend availability preferred
