The projected compensation range for this position is $115,000 to $185,000. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as experience, education and skill set.

Responsibilities
- Manage structural design projects from initial concept through construction completion.
- Lead the development of structural analyses, calculations, drawings, and specifications.
- Coordinate project deliverables with architectural teams and other engineering disciplines.
- Serve as the primary client point of contact, ensuring strong communication and successful project delivery.
- Oversee budgets, schedules, and contract administration for multiple projects.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and design staff.
- Ensure quality control standards are met throughout all phases of design.
- Support the growth of the Structural Design department through leadership and collaboration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering; Master’s degree preferred.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
- 10 years of structural engineering and project management experience in building design.
- Proven track record managing multi-disciplinary design projects and leading teams.
- Strong technical knowledge of structural systems, codes, and design practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with structural design software and project management tools.
