What You'll Do
- Repair damaged vehicle bodies, panels, and structural components
- Remove, replace, and align body parts
- Perform dent repairs, panel replacements, and minor welding as needed
- Ensure repairs meet manufacturer and safety standards
- Work closely with estimators, painters, and fellow technicians
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Deliver high-quality repairs and exceptional customer satisfaction
What We're Looking For
- Previous body shop or collision repair experience preferred
- Knowledge of body repair tools and equipment
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
