Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and highly skilled paint to lead our paint department. You will oversee & perform the prep work and painting of automotive, heavy trucks, & heavy equipment.
Duties
- Manage and perform prep work for painting. Such as sanding, masking, taping etc,
- Supervise any assistant paint preppers
- Perform paint work for automotive, heavy trucks, and heavy equipment
- Utilize Tenna for work order management, maintenance schedules, and equipment repairs
Requirements
- Familiarity with automotive, heavy truck, and heavy equipment painting practices and techniques
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory control and demand planning
- Team focused mindset with excellent communication skills to support field & shop operations
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
