Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team. As a Operator, you will be part of a team performing demolition and earthwork for various construction projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in heavy equipment operation and possess the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Duties:
- Operate efficiently and maintain heavy equipment on day to day basis. (Excavator, Loader, Motor Grader, Dozer, Scraper, AT's, Etc.)
- Perform routine maintenance such a greasing and cleaning equipment
- Perform utility locating to identify existing underground utilities
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget
Skills:
- Proven experience as a heavy equipment operator or similar role
- Proficient in heavy equipment operation, including excavators, loaders, bulldozers, and skid loaders
- Familiarity with utility locating methods and equipment
- Ability to read blueprints and follow construction plans
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent teamwork and communication abilities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour
