Be a part of this incredible community!TECH Freire Charter School (9-12): 2221 N Broad St, Philadelphia, PA 19132What you'll doWorking in close partnership with the school culture and emotional supports teams, the Restorative Practices Coordinator serves as a key leader and resource for implementing and sustaining restorative practices across the school community.ResponsibilitiesFoster a culture that promotes a restorative approach to relationships and conflictWork with school leadership and culture team to foster a restorative school culture that supports the academic and social-emotional success of each student. Coordinate proactive restorative practice efforts and action items for students and staffFacilitate restorative conversations between members of the school community and de-escalate students crisis situations.Intentionally use data as a tool to identify trends in behaviorCreate a restorative practice program for student leaders to de-escalate conflict among peersWho you areYou believe deeply in our students' capacity for growth and model our values of equity, love, critical thinking, and diversity through restorative approaches to conflict and community building. We offer a competitive salary based on your experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes health, dental, vision, and more.
