What You’ll Do
As the Health and Wellness teacher, you will lead health and PE instruction focused on building students’ physical fitness, mental health, and overall well-being. The course emphasizes developing the knowledge and habits needed to make healthy, informed choices.

Minimum Requirements
Salaries for certified teachers entering their first year start at $60,000, with an overall salary range of $50,000–$85,000 based on experience and qualifications. - Deliver engaging health and PE instruction that builds students’ fitness and overall well-being.
- Monitor progress and adjust instruction to support engagement and growth.
- Maintain a structured, supportive environment with high expectations.
- Collaborate with staff and communicate with families about student progress.
- Participate in professional development and team collaboration.
- Teachers may also serve as CREW Leaders, co-leading a small group focused on SEL and community building twice per week.

- Bachelor’s degree required
- Valid state teaching certification or commitment to obtain

- At least two years of experience working with diverse student populations
