Commercial Service Plumber

Responsibilities:

Service & Technical Work

• Perform maintenance and repair on commercial and light industrial plumbing systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues efficiently and effectively
• Operate specialized equipment, including drain cameras, drain machines, and jetters
• Install, maintain, and service fixtures and piping in accordance with codes and specifications
• Conduct inspections and provide solutions that prevent future problems
  
  

Customer & Team Collaboration

• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, project managers, and teammates
• Deliver solutions that reflect frēijē’s commitment to long-term partnerships and quality service
• Participate in on-call rotations as assigned
• Collaborate with other trades to ensure seamless project completion
  
  

Safety & Work Environment

• Follow all company and OSHA safety protocols
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Work in various weather conditions and environments, including crawlspaces, attics, and elevated spaces
  
  

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record
• Must pass background and drug screenings
• Ohio Journeyman Plumber License required
• 5 years of commercial and/or light industrial plumbing experience
• Skilled with drain cameras, drain machines, and jetter equipment
• Backflow certification preferred but not required
• Physically able to lift 50 lbs, work in confined spaces, and climb ladders
• Willingness to work in varying weather conditions and take on-call shifts
