Parts Counter Representative

Freightliner of Hartford is a heavy-duty truck dealership that works on all makes of heavy-duty trucks. We are in need of a Parts Counter Sales Representative who is familiar with parts on heavy trucks. We use CDK for our business system so knowledge with CDK would help the learning curve, but it is not a requirement. This position is a day shift position with overtime available. Your primary responsibility is servicing our customers that walk in the door or call on the phone. We are looking for someone who has technical knowledge and good problem solving skills to research and identify parts. You will need to have great communication skills and be able to work with customers and other employees. We provide a great working environment. Additionally, we have a 401k where we match 10% of what you contribute, bonus program, Paid-Time-Off, Holiday Pay, Life Insurance, and we provide uniforms. Pay is based on experience, but ranges from $23-$30 per hour. We are looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years of experience working with heavy trucks. We are an equal opportunity employer.
