Work Environment
- Full-time in-person setting
- Monday through Friday, 8am ' 4:30pm

- Pay Range $22-$25 per hour depending on experience
- Provide front desk coverage, including managing phone calls and walk-ins, remote bank deposit processing, petty cash, as well as trips to the post office and banks
- Maintain accurate accounting records in filing and computer systems
- Facilitate the organization and ordering of office supplies for all locations
- Effectively communicate with customers and vendors regarding accounting matters
- Process cash, check, and credit card transactions on a daily basis
- Apply customer payments (cash, checks, credit cards) to correct accounts
- Reconciliation of daily cash transactions and reporting for all locations
- Reconciliation of various monthly accounting reports
- Work closely and effectively with all departments and locations regarding accounting and office matters
- Support office with miscellaneous projects and tasks
Salary : $22 - $25
