Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and mail; redirect or respond as necessary.
- Maintain a neat and organized office environment.
Administrative Support:
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference calls.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain and update databases, records, and filing systems.
Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
- Assist in organizing team events, workshops, and training sessions.
Office Supplies and Inventory:
- Monitor and manage office supplies; place orders as needed.
- Maintain inventory of office equipment and supplies.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary are a plus.
