Responsibilities:
- Be in the office and ready by 07:00 - 16:00PM
- Review all documents for accuracy
- Process incoming paperwork for accounts payable and account receivable.
- Make payments promptly
- Collaborating with other departments to handle accounting issues
- Preparing expense reports
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and accounting software
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and best practices
- Excellent problem-solving and research skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
