What We’re Looking For
- Freight Forwarding Sales Experience: 3 years in international logistics sales (ocean, air, customs brokerage, trucking)
- Proven Business Development Skills: Demonstrated ability to generate new business and grow accounts
- Book of Business Needed: Existing client relationships strongly preferred
- Self-Starter: Comfortable working in a small-company environment with autonomy
- Client-Focused: Strong relationship management and consultative selling skills
Compensation
- Base Salary: $60,000 – $95,000 (based on experience and book of business)
- Uncapped Commission: Aggressive commission structure with no cap

Responsibilities
- Drive new business through prospecting, networking, and referrals
- Develop and maintain a strong book of business
- Sell international logistics solutions including:
- Ocean & Air Freight
- Customs Brokerage
- Domestic Trucking (FTL/LTL)
- Warehousing & Distribution
- Project Cargo / Specialized Services
- Build long-term client relationships and grow existing accounts
- Work closely with operations to ensure service execution
- Provide customized supply chain solutions for clients
- Stay informed on market trends, rates, and trade lanes
Qualifications
- Freight forwarding sales experience required
- Existing book of business strongly preferred
- Knowledge of international import/export logistics
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Reliable transportation for client meetings
- Authorized to work in the United States
Work Schedule
- Monday – Friday
- Hybrid / New York Metro Area
- Travel within NY/NJ/CT/PA for client meetings
