As our Brokerage Recruiter, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of our brokerage team. You’ll lead strategic talent acquisition efforts—spotting high-potential candidates, engaging top industry talent, and guiding them through a seamless hiring process. In this role, you’ll partner closely with hiring managers and help drive recruiting strategies that elevate our team’s growth and performance.
Please note: this is an onsite role located in Charleston, SC or Dallas-Fort Worth, TX.
What You’ll Do:
- Own full cycle recruiting; successfully attract and close talent from start to finish for our brokerage positions, consistently meeting or exceeding key performance goals.
- Source, attract, and evaluate candidates through multiple channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals, career fairs, and partnerships with schools and colleges.
- Build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a positive candidate and employee experience.
- Develop and maintain pipelines of talent for key brokerage roles.
- Partner with hiring managers and recruiting leadership to understand and meet ongoing staffing needs.
- Track sourcing metrics, outreach results, and pipeline activity to measure recruiting effectiveness.
What We Look For:
- 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience; sourcing, screening, stakeholder alignment, interviewing, and closing candidates.
- Demonstrated success in building strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and innovative outreach strategies.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, deliver on commitments, and stay highly organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills, with a proven ability to take initiative and build strong, collaborative relationships.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
