As we continue to grow, we're looking for an Account Manager who is passionate about building strong customer relationships and ensuring a seamless shipping experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Understand and document the client’s success criteria and use to build clear standard operating procedures (SOP). As the client’s needs evolve, you will refine the client’s success criteria and SOP.
- Respond to client escalations to solve client issues quickly and ensure smooth operations at origin and destination. You will handle client issues that require advanced industry knowledge.
- Collaborate with your supply chain operations partners and external stakeholders to ensure the success of the shipment lifecycle.
- Work with existing accounts to grow using our processes.
- Step in to fill gaps in process or implement improved processes as needed.
What We Look For:
- 1 years of previous experience working at a 3PL brokerage.
- 1 years of over-the-road trucking experience.
- 1 years of sales and/or account management experience.
- Previous sales and/or account management experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree.
