Box Loader/Unloader – Weekend Night Shift

Freight Breakers LLC is seeking reliable, hardworking individuals to join our team as Box Loaders/Unloaders for our Weekend Night Shift. This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy active, hands-on work and can perform efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Position Summary

As a Box Loader/Unloader, you will assist with the movement of freight by loading and unloading trailers while maintaining safety, accuracy, and productivity standards. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to teamwork.

Loading Duties

• Load freight from conveyor belts into trailers by hand
• Scan and verify packages using handheld scanning devices
• Transport freight cages between work areas and staging locations
• Organize and secure freight to maximize trailer space and efficiency
  
  

Unloading Duties

• Remove freight from inbound trailers and place it onto conveyor systems
• Scan and sort packages into assigned cages and destinations
• Maintain a steady pace while ensuring accuracy and safe work practices
  
  

Pay & Earnings

• Performance-based compensation
• Paid by trailer and package volume handled
• Average earnings range from $16–$25 per hour
• High performers can earn $25–$35 per hour
• Greater productivity equals greater earning potential
  
  

Schedule

Weekend Night Shift

• Friday through Sunday
• 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Three 12-hour shifts per week
• Additional weekday hours may be available based on operational needs
  
  

Qualifications

• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screen
• Ability to repeatedly lift and carry 5–50 pounds
• Comfortable performing physically demanding work for extended periods
• Reliable transportation required
