Box Loader/Unloader – West Jordan, UT

Freight Breakers LLC is seeking dependable, hardworking individuals to join our team as Box Loaders/Unloaders in West Jordan, Utah. This hands-on position is perfect for those who enjoy physical work, perform well in a fast-paced setting, and are motivated by performance-based earnings.

Position Summary

As a Box Loader/Unloader, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of freight throughout the loading and unloading process. Team members play a critical role in maintaining productivity, accuracy, and workplace safety.

Loading Duties

• Load packages from conveyor belts directly into trailers
• Use handheld scanners to track and verify shipments
• Transport freight cages between staging and loading areas
• Ensure freight is properly organized and secured within trailers
  
  

Unloading Duties

• Remove packages from incoming trailers and place them onto conveyor systems
• Scan and sort freight into designated cages or locations
• Maintain efficiency and accuracy in a high-volume work environment
  
  

Pay & Earnings

• Performance-based pay structure (paid per trailer and/or package handled)
• Typical earnings range from $16–$25 per hour
• High-performing team members can earn $25–$35 per hour
• Greater productivity results in higher earning potential
  
  

Schedule

• 1st Shift: Monday through Thursday
• Hours: 7:00 PM – 5:30 AM
• Four 10-hour shifts per week
• Additional weekend hours may be available as business needs require
  
  

Qualifications

• Excellent attendance and reliability
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Capable of repeatedly lifting and carrying 5–50 pounds
• Comfortable performing physical labor for extended periods
• Reliable transportation required
