What You'll Do
Loading:
- Hand-load boxes from conveyors into trailers
- Scan packages using handheld scanners
- Move freight cages between staging areas
- Organize and secure loads
- Remove boxes from trailers onto conveyors
- Scan and sort packages into designated cages
- Work efficiently in a high-volume environment
- Performance-based compensation (per trailer/per case)
- Average earnings: $16–$25/hour
- Top performers: $25–$35/hour
- Monday–Thursday
- 7:00 AM–5:30 PM
- Four 10-hour shifts per week
- Occasional weekend work
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Lift and carry 5–50 lbs repeatedly
- Handle sustained physical labor
- Reliable transportation
