\Box Loader/Unloader – Weekend Shift

Freight Breakers LLC is expanding our team and seeking motivated individuals to support warehouse freight operations in West Jordan, Utah. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy active work, can maintain a strong work pace, and take pride in contributing to an efficient operation.

What You'll Do

As a Box Loader/Unloader, you will assist with the movement of freight throughout the facility by loading outbound trailers and unloading inbound shipments. Success in this position requires attention to detail, physical endurance, and a commitment to workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Load packages from conveyor systems into trailers
• Unload freight from trailers and place items onto conveyor belts
• Scan shipments using handheld devices to ensure accurate tracking
• Sort packages into designated cages and staging areas
• Move freight cages throughout the warehouse as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Meet daily productivity and quality expectations
  
  

Compensation

• Performance-based pay program
• Average hourly earnings range from $16 to $25
• Top-performing associates can earn between $25 and $35 per hour
• Increased output and efficiency can lead to higher earnings
  
  

Shift Information

• Weekend Schedule: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
• Hours: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
• 36 scheduled hours per week
• Additional work opportunities may be available during weekdays
  
  

Qualifications

• Dependable attendance record
• Ability to pass required background and drug screening processes
• Ability to regularly lift and move packages weighing up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable performing repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift
• Reliable transportation to and from the worksite
