Pay: $16.00–$35.00 per hour in performance-based earnings

Freight Breakers LLC is hiring dependable warehouse associates to load and unload packages at our West Jordan location. This position offers a consistent weekend night schedule, physically active work, and compensation based on productivity.

Compensation

Compensation is based on trailers and/or cases processed. Typical earnings range from $16–$25 per hour. High-performing associates may earn $25–$35 per hour. Actual earnings vary with productivity and consistent performance; $35 per hour is not a guaranteed rate.

Responsibilities

• Load boxes by hand from conveyors into trailers.
• Stack freight securely to use trailer space efficiently and prevent damage.
• Unload floor-loaded trailers onto conveyor systems.
• Scan packages and sort them into designated cages or staging areas.
• Move package cages between work areas.
• Maintain an organized workspace and follow safety procedures.
• Meet company productivity and accuracy expectations.
  
  

Requirements

• Available for shifts beginning Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Able to repeatedly lift, carry, and move packages weighing 5–50 pounds.
• Comfortable with physically demanding warehouse work throughout the shift.
• Able to follow instructions, work accurately, and maintain a steady pace.
• Reliable transportation.
• Successful completion of a background check and drug screening.
