What You’ll Do
- Lead the day-to-day operation and manage a team of 15–25 associates.
- Set clear expectations and hold the team accountable.
- Ensure all work meets Freight Breakers and customer standards.
- Monitor productivity, quality, safety, attendance, and payroll.
- Coach and develop supervisors, leads, and associates.
- Maintain strong communication with the customer and Freight Breakers leadership.
- Address performance issues quickly and professionally.
- Ensure all company and customer policies are followed.
- Conduct and track safety audits.
- Identify opportunities to improve productivity, quality, and overall operations.
- Maintain a professional, organized, and safe work environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to hold people accountable while building a strong team.
- Self-motivated, organized, and detail oriented.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Able to work with minimal supervision.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Previous warehouse management experience preferred.
- Experience managing multiple shifts is a plus.
- Multi-site management experience is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
